• 鉴于有关风险，客户在开始进行此类交易之前，应该了解有关交易性质和客户所面临的风险程度。客户必须根据客户的投资经验，目的，财力和承受风险能力等相关情形仔细考虑这类交易是否适合客户本人。客户在开户及开始交易前应该咨询法律及其他专业意见。
  In light of the risks, Client should undertake such transactions only if Client understands the nature of the trading into which Client is about to engage and the extent of Client’s exposure to risk. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for Client in light of Client’s investment experience, objectives, risk-bearing ability, financial resources and other relevant circumstances. Before Client opens an account and proceeds with trading, Client is advised to seek advice from legal advisors or other professionals。
  
  
• 客户承担投资于外汇交易是投机性的，涉及高度风险，只适合与能够承担保证金存款损失风险的人士。客户需要认识到假如在外汇交易时市场走势并不如客户所预料时，客户有可能损失所有存放在中舜国际作为初始保证金的资金。
  Client acknowledges that investments in foreign exchange transactions are speculative, involves a high degree of risk, and is appropriate only for persons who can assume risk of loss in excess of their margin deposit. Client must realize that Client could sustain a total loss of all funds Client deposits with Renaissance Capital Markets as initial margin as well as substantial amounts of capital.
  
  
• 如果客户希望继续客户的投资，客户必须确认客户的资金是纯风险资本金，这些资金的损失并不会危害到客户的生活方式或损害客户的未来退休计划。此外，客户完全明白外汇投资的性质和风险， 客户在投资时承受的损失不会影响到第三者。
  If Client wishes to continue with Client’s investment, Client acknowledges that the funds Client has committed are purely risk capital and loss of Client’s investment will not jeopardize Client’s style of living nor will it detract from Client’s future retirement program. Additionally, Client fully understands the nature and risks of foreign exchange investments, and Client’s obligations to others will not be neglected should Client suffers investment losses.
  
  
• 客户理解由于外汇交易通常要求的保证金较低，外汇的价格变动可能带来相当大的损失。客户保证其原意并能够在财务上或其他方面承担外汇交易的风险，客户同意不就因遵循中舜国际雇员，代理人或代表人作出的交易推荐或建议而造成的交易损失追究中舜国际的责任。客户认识到保证外汇交易的盈利或不受损失是不可能的。
  Client understands that because of the low margin normally required in foreign exchange trading, price changes in foreigh exchange may result in significant losses that may substantially exceed Client's investment and margin deposit. Client warrants that Client is willing and able, financially and otherwise, to assume the risk of foreign exchange trading. Client agrees to hold Renaissance Capital Markets safe and harmless from losses incurred through following its trading recommendations or suggestions or those of its employees, agents or representatives. Client recognizes that guarantees of profit or freedom from loss are impossible of performance in foreign exchange trading.
  
  

客户同意并承认不论是否使用自动的警告提示， 所有客户与中舜国际或其工作人员之间进行的涉及客户账号的交流可能被以电子方式或电话方式录音。客户进一步同意在涉及任何客户的纠纷或诉讼中， 任何一方可以使用此类录音或滕本作出证据。

Client agrees and acknowledges that all conversations regarding Client's account(s) between Client and Renaissance Capital Markets personnel may be electronically and phone recorded with or without the use of an automatic tone-warning device. Client further agrees to the use of such recordings and transcripts thereof as evidence by either party in connection with any dispute or proceeding that may arise involving Client or Renaissance Capital Markets.

• 我们已经阅读，理解和同意《基本交易条款》 （包括《风险承担》）及所有相关内容。 We/ I have read,understood and agreed to the General Business Terms(including the Risk Acknowledgement ) and all of its contents;
  
  
• 理解和接受《基本交易条款》和任何其它相关条款和条件（随时会有更改）适用于我/我们与中舜国际形成呢个的整个交易关系。 Undertand and accept taht the General Business Term and any other relevant terms and conditions(as amended from time to time） apply to my/our entire trading relationship with RCM;
  
  
• 已经接收到， 阅读和理解与交易产品相关的产品信息资料。 To have received, read and understood the product information material relating to the relevant products.
  
  
• 已经根据要求收到关于产品交易可能结果和风险的更深层的口头信息，并且 To have received additional in-depth verbal information about the products and he inherent possibilities and risks if so requested, and
  
  
• 已经对我/我们关于交易条款，条件和其他产品相关事项的疑问得到了满意的回答。 To have received satisfactory answer to all my/our questions regarding the terms, conditions and other issues relationg to the relevant products.
  
  
• 我/我们明白并同意我/我们向Renaissance Capital Markets提供的个人信息 I/we understand and agree that personal information submitted by me/us to RCM.
  
  
• 我/我们保证我/我们已阅读并理解本协议的条款。通过以下签署, 我们明确同意接受法律约束的条款和条件。 I/ We confirm that I/We have read and understood the terms of this agreement. By signing below , we explicity agree to be legally bound by its terms and conditions.
